A little about me...

Melissa has lived in Leadville since 1993 after first working in real estate offices in Oregon and Breckenridge. She and her husband Tim opened Alpine Ski and Sport and Colorado Fly Fishing Guides. Aspen Leaf Realty has been lucky to have Melissa in property management since 2011. She has helped the business grow over the years and now manages over 50 homes. Melissa is also a doula, empowering and supporting local mothers through pregnancy, labor and delivery with her knowledge and experience. She and Tim have two daughters of their own in Lake County Schools, where she is also an active volunteer in the performing arts programs. Melissa truly enjoys meeting and working with the myriad people who move to or visit Leadville from all over the world.
